Excellent news, according to reports the Obama administration intends to deploy more troops into Afghanistan in an effort to find Bin Laden. I just wonder what his plans are when our troops find him. Maybe an open invitation to the White House for dinner from Obama? Just kidding, easy and cheap shot.
"Iran, on Afghanistan's western border, has been kept at arm's length by the Bush administration, but should be considered in formulating a new Afghanistan strategy, a senior U.S. military official was cited as saying." According to a report from Reuters an official from the Osama...did it again, Obama Administration had this to say, "As we look to the future, it would be helpful to have an interlocutor" to explore shared objectives," the official told the newspaper. (I had to look up interlocutor myself, Someone who takes part in a conversation, often formally or officially.)
That is correct, Iran, the tiny little country in the middle east that has been training insurgents in Iraq. Yes, the same country that has supplied training and material in the construction of IEDs used against our troops in Iraq. Iran has that completely sane little dictator President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who has stood before a banner blaring "Death to America" in the past.
So a quick summary, Obama wants to increase troop prescence in Afghanistan. He wants to explore a new strategy involving Iran for Afghanistan. Why would we seek out any strategy with Iran, they both have the same agenda, "Death to America", and Iran is a state sponsor to the terrorist organization Hamas, oh and they want to wipe our ally Isreal off the map. Makes perfect sense to me.
